2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing CCPStudy.com, registering for an account, purchasing a course, or using any content or feature on this website, you confirm that:

- You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.

3. Course Enrolment and Access
Upon successful payment for the course, you will receive:
- Access to our Learning Management System (LMS) for the duration specified at enrolment (currently 180 days).
- Access to the self-paced course content included in your enrolment: study guide, on-demand video lessons, exam simulations, memo writing materials, and downloadable study aids.
Course access is granted to the individual enrollee only and is non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or course materials with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate access termination without refund.
We reserve the right to update or modify course content to reflect changes in AACE International exam standards, the CCP examination blueprint, or the Skills & Knowledge of Cost Engineering body of knowledge. Such updates do not constitute a material change to your enrolment.
4. Payment and Pricing
All prices displayed on CCPStudy.com are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect confirmed enrolments.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Telr). We do not store your card details on our servers. By making a payment, you agree to the payment provider's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms. Your enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Our refund terms are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Use. In summary, because this is a self-paced digital program, all enrolments are non-refundable once LMS access and digital course materials have been provided, which occurs after payment. Please review the Refund Policy before enrolling.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on CCPStudy.com — including but not limited to course materials, videos, practice questions, exam simulations, study guides, memo samples, graphics, logos, and website design — is the intellectual property of 3FOLD Training or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content without prior written permission.
- Download, record, or capture video lessons except through features we provide.
- Use our content to create derivative works or competing training products.
- Share, upload, or publicly post any course materials, practice questions, or exam simulations.

7. Learner Conduct
The following are grounds for immediate termination of course access without refund:
- Sharing, reselling, or publicly posting course materials or LMS credentials.
- Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity.
- Any form of cheating, academic dishonesty, or misrepresentation in relation to AACE International applications or exam eligibility.
- Abusive conduct towards our staff or advisors.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our course is designed by experienced industry practitioners and is aligned to the current AACE CCP examination blueprint. However, we cannot guarantee exam success, as results depend on individual preparation, effort, and circumstances. The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3FOLD Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the website or course content.
- Failure to pass the CCP exam or achieve any particular outcome.
- Technical interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the LMS.
- Loss of data or unauthorised access to your account.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the course in question.
